GTM fit is just as important as product market fit, especially for B2B startups.
Part of my role in backing founders is connecting them with experts in GTM and I couldn’t be happier to be working with Tony Macedo Hileman and Juan Cruz Antón Aguilar from Unlock and have them as investors in my fund (NuMundo Ventures ).
Tony and Juan work closely with B2B SaaS companies in LatAm to improve their sales processes and drive growth. They have served as mentors to many startups in the region and also work with larger companies like Mercardo Pago and Platzi.
I met Tony and Juan at the 500 LatAm founder retreat in September in Oaxaca, Mexico. Their energy and passion is obvious when you speak to them as is their expertise in B2B sales and the challenges in building a successful startup.
