Impressions of the LatAm Business Forum at UC Berkeley, an Inspirational Event on Entrepreneurship in Latin America

I had an amazing experience presenting and attending the LatAm Business Forum event at University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business yesterday.

It is the best event on LatAm entrepreneurship I have ever attended. The event covered topics from the macro economic environment, the experience of female founders, perspectives of VC investors, and lessons learned from founders.

I am always reminded by how small the LatAm startup community really is as I met in person founders and other investors that I had met years before over Zoom. The energy of the community here in the Bay Area that supports founders in LatAm was also inspiring.

Congratulations to all the organizers of the event and a special shout out to Elias Mufarech who reached out to me in August to connect and share his career goals. Eventually that conversation led to the invitation to speak at the event and share my experiences and passion for Latin America and the founders who are trying to build enduring companies.

Vamos LatAm!
